Somatic dance is movement that starts from the inside out. Unlike traditional dance, there's no routine to follow or steps to perfect. It's a practice of tuning into what your body is already feeling and letting that guide how you move. It's part therapy, part play, part coming home to yourself. We use music, breath, and gentle prompts to help you drop out of your head and back into your body where the real releasing of old stories/emotions happen and from there you start to connect with JOY more.

Not at all. This isn't about how you look when you move. It's about how you feel. Whether you dance in your kitchen every morning or haven't moved your body freely in years, you are welcome here exactly as you are. The only thing you need is a willingness to show up.

Anything that lets your body breathe and move freely. Think comfortable clothes you'd stretch or lounge in, nothing too restrictive. Bare feet are encouraged if you can. The goal is to feel as unrestricted as possible.

Typically, in a private 1:1 it’s 60 minutes whereas in group it will be 90 minutes.
Both session include a warm-up, guided movement, and integration time.
In group setting, you’ll have a chance to connect with other women in the group too to make connection and share reflections.
In private 1:1, you’ll also get a chance to share reflections with Kirtika within 60 minutes.

After your session, the experience continues. For 4 weeks following, you'll have community space via Telegram for gentle integration support guided by Kirtika. This might look like sharing what came up for you, receiving a prompt or reflection to help you anchor the shift, or simply having a space to be witnessed as things settle. Transformation usually unfolds in the quiet after. This support is here to hold you through that.
